It is 440 yards long, with a "s bend" in the middle, and 400yards run off.

It is down on a public road, which is closed legally by the police. It is in St. Ouens, on the Five Mile Road, Le Brai(spelt right?) end. For people who know Jersey.

D'oh. My sort of event too. I thought the sun shone all the time over there Better luck next time.

 

Right decision to cancel as it was too dangerous on slippery road.

Local paper ran a piece yesterday saying we were officially in drought conditions as it had not rained for so long, and then it p!ssed down!!

Good to meet up with Christian at last after two years of posting together on here

Enjoy spending all your money on the car mate, that will soon stop once you are married!

The event brought a few scoobies out to watch.

Hopefully it may be rescheduled for a later date.

(btw I ended up in Guernsey the other week, and yes you were right - if Jersey was like this I'd be concerned as the place is not so good!.. at least we got free parking for the plane.. at the airport..)

 

hey... I wouldn't say Guernsey is "not so good" it is different from Jersey yes....

try the Valles des Terres in Guernsey... its a public road used for hill climbs periodically and its great fun!
