ive just read a few post concerning problems with Threads etc.
One of the best suggestions Was a Small introduction forum. This would contain a full guide to using "Scoobynet"
It could contain
1. How to post pics
2. Guide to using search etc.
3. Smilies and how to use them.
4. basic listing for each forum.That contains the most common answers to newbie questions (Ie What size speakers fit a WRX MY 01 etc) there are too many of the same questions filling up some forums.
5.How to do a link. Bloody hell..if i got a £ for each one Ive done for someone!!
I am sure there could be more info included. other members will come up with ideas.
Ok it takes some time to set up ..but could be of great benefit.

Apologies to Luke and all, as in hind-sight I was wrong to lock this thread. I think the title of the thread is what put me off taking it as a genuine post.

Neil has been working tirelessly on an FAQ of sorts which should cover the majority of the above.
We are going to release this once the guidelines have been finalised.

At long last..someone has the bright idea of the basics.
As you mentioned it would save so much time if we had all that kind of info, smiles, threads, quotes, links etc.
Oh the joy of not seeing a thread asking how to post pics!!

What people seem to forget is that Scoobynet was set up as a forum for Scooby owners and enthusiasts, Simon makes very little money out of it if any.

true on reflection "Stressmaster" might have come across as rude. But If I ment it to be rude I wouldnt be here explaining that it was only humour...as you have been under a bit of it lately..................
