Hehehe, that could never be the case. Cupranet and Scoobynet are two different beasts. Both great forums for their specific brands.

As for the back lash, well, I expect its on its way. I know they dont mean it. I'd just delete them all and have the forum to myself

Yeah, getting it PPP'd Wait is about 4 weeks I think.

First Impressions :-

1. It does not make the noise I thought it would when it idles, but I think the PPP will sort this out, apart from that it does sound nice, and EVERYONE looks at it.
2. Low down (Under 3000) its a ***** cat (whicj i like), guy on top gear repeat last night summed up what I mean, he said "The mark of a fast car is how well it drives slow" and it certainly does that. My Leon (great car BTW) was fast at all times, getting into the Scoob is taking some time getting used to as in the Leon I used to be able to blast away at junctions or round abouts in 2nd gear, the Scoob needs a bit more encourgment.
3. Going faster? Well, not really done much of that as I am following the rules, but it does seem to eat the gears very quickly indeed, Throttle, Light, Buzzer, Change, Throttle, light, buzzer, change, I have gone a little over the 4000 RPM today, maybe 4500 or 5000 and at that point it really wants to open up. I am restraining myself.
4. The ride is actually very good, big bumps it dont like, but everything else it handles superbly, better than the Leon. I live on a new housing development and it has speed bumps, the type with the cobbles, it goes over them much better.
5. The radio is actually "ok" the speakers however are not. They do need changing as they sound, and I quote my wife "Doughy" whatever that means.
6. The brakes stink, the tyres stink, and it smells like all new cars smell
7. Thats about it at the moment. I'll let you all know how it goes.

Done 600 miles in my STi8 mate. But you wondered if the PPP changes the exhaust note?

YES IT DOES and it's BRILLIANT.

I had the P1 with Scoobsport d/pipe and while its not as noisy as the P1 lots of people have commented on how deep and powerful it sounds.

Enjoy mate and well done on the purchase.

Will do, I see you supply the road pilot.

I have one on review at the moment. Good bit of kit. Too many wires though.

Looks a lot neater than the new Snooper SR6,, sits in front of the ashtray lovely.

Works very well aswell.

Let me know if you want to see it working being I drive past your area everyday.

I had a scoobysport backbox on the Terzo and as you know <grins> have the PPP on the STi from new....it is a different sound...prior to purchase was thinking I may need something a little more raucous but am quite happy with it.
Hope to stick another few hundred miles on this weekend
