The plug has an internal allen head. If you look down at the block inbetween the turbo and inlet manifold, under the turbo/intercooler pipe, you'll see it...
I seem to remember posting on a thread about this a while back so a search should bring up the info. However, to reiterate - you have to remove the intercooler and the engine breather pipes under the outlet of the turbo. Look roughly straight down at the area under turbo outlet and you'll see the plug. It's really difficult to get your hand in there and the plug will probably be quite tight. Good luck. It took me almost a day to fix up the oil temp gauge cos this was so fiddly! I have recently found anther one of these plugs above the passenger side, front cylinder. This can be seen if you remove the alternator. Anyone know if this plug is another oil gallery plug?
