For ease of resale and probable depreciation I'd say 325 but not really in the same type bracket as cars go. A bit Rugby League /Rugby Union if you know what I mean

BMW = 192 BHP, Scoob = 208/215/276 Bhp
BMW = RWD, Scoob = 4WD
BMW = Refined mile muncher, Scoob = point to point racer
BMW = NA, Scoob = Turbo
BMW = 30 mpg, Scoob = 20 mpg (if you're lucky)
BME = 0-60 in 8s, Scoob = 5.5s

Like i said, completely different.
If i was looking at a 325, i would also be looking at Mercs, A4's, A6's and Alfa 156's.
If i was looking to buy a Scoob, i would be looking at Cossie's, Evo's and Intergrale's

Got to be the RB5 every time, I was looking at Scoobs or a Golf V6 4Motion, couple of mates have 325/328's and I have to say there is no competition. Took my scoob, RB5, on long motorway run yesterday, and was pleasantly suprised how comfortable it was all things considered.

Gotto be a scoob everytime. I am a complete convert I have to say!!!

Cost of ownership could be the major factor. I could insure a 325 for 30% of what I pay on the scoob. I wouldnt however swp mine for a 325, oh an I wouldnt swap it for an RB5 either

Wink

He wants an S2000 Colin, none of this 4 door saloon malarky.
I'd say though that the Bimmer would be easier to sell on....
