Cleaning the car the other day I noticed that I seem to have a couple of blisters in the paint on my bonnet.
They are 2/3 mm across and NOT caused by stone chips.
Anybody else got the same?

I was speaking with someone with a blue black My01 last week and he showed me what looked like the paint blistering in several areas on the bonnet.

Is your bodywork warranty up to date? If so take it to your dealer and have it fixed for free!!

Nah - didn't bother with the warranty, 'cos it's a waste of time on modern cars, and the inspections cost £150 p.a.

Nigel H,
The words "bollox" come the mind
I paid £80 for the inspection - and it last for 2 years not one - £40 a year in fact from a main dealer.
Thats cheap compared to a resprayed bonnet!!
