Sounds really stupid but what is the actual name of the White which Subaru's came in (as in Diamond white etc etc).....

...A paint code as well would be good!

Not sure what differences there are... Some shades of white are different...

UK cars have the paint code on one of the vin plates.
Right hand side (if you stand at the front of the car looking back)suspension turret.

 

one of the websites has all the paint codes on it
mine is apaerntly "feather white"

98 is Glacier white apparently, code 230
