I'm just posting a few words up here to thank you out there who suggested a few ideas on how I could learn to slow down. A few helped me such as the thought "What would happen if someone was coming round this corner as fast as me - etc etc. I also found one out for myself. Take an absolute age on cleaning your car inside and out. It took me 3 hours last sunday. I was creeping around the local back roads and avoiding all farm yards and driving through muck very slow indeed. I have also noticed a difference in how my mind is thinking and how it is acting. So, musnt grumble eh lads and lasses - Hope I get to see you all at Donno ! I'm the young one btw !
