MY94 stalls when cold

I have my94 wrx. When I start my car first thing in the morning it almost stalls. It straggles for about 5-10 seconds reving at about 400-500 RPM and sounds like it's working on 3 cylinders - and then everything goes back to normal, revs go up car running normaly. Can anyone please help.
