...just thought it might be an idea to get all the results together so I can preserve them forever on the Hantsscoobies website (which for those of you who were asking is at www.hantsscoobies.plus.com. I thought we could post 'em below, if you're a bit embarrassed or just not into showing off (hehe!) you can always e-mail me at jen@hantsscoobies.plus.com ...completely voluntary of course, I won't be beating anyone with a stick if they don't want to tell

Anyway, to kick it off:

Jen and Chris - UK MY98 = 251bhp at 6233 and 234lbs/ft torque.

Jen,

Mine were 275 BHP at 6600 RPM / 262 lbs/ft TORQUE.
Good or bad - I dunno but Mark was pleased for a standard STi 7 (well, apart from the SS exhaust)

First run, 270bhp, second run, 259bhp, dunno what went wrong there but still. And torque of 258 lbft, so not bad for a my00 with full scoobysport system, dawes set to 1 bar, and panel filter!

Alan

Nothing wrong at all.. the car drives fantastically on the road

could have got a little more from:

Having headers on
Running more advance.. advance was reduced as a result of running higher compression
a little more boost

But I dont think I'd get that much more as I suspect the turbo can only flow to just over 400bhp

The Turbo will be changed in the next few weeks, headers will be on, a new up-pipe and water injection... Then the first number will not be a 3!......

There will be no reason why the figure Bob got could not be achieved as I will be running very similar spec.....

I only got the car back after xmas having gone internal... and have hardly any time to do all the necessary changes...

Steve, that will be a lot better,i'll have to go internal myself someday,as mark is getting worried about pushing my engine,i can reccomend the hybrid garrett mark supplies,it has made my car feel really strong compared to the IHI i had on before,i'll also be having a MOTEC 48PRO fitted in a couple of weeks, maybe i'll be able to hold 1.55bar and get close to the magic 400.Cheers Alan MC..

I will post my strange results then

305 bhp at 7200 rpm but with only 231 lbs/ft of torque and a very odd looking graph with a dip in the middle between 5000 and 6000 rpm!

This must be the lowest amount of torque of any of the cars me thinks!

96 sti 3 full decat forge dv and apexi filter

Colin, purple WRX 319 BHP & 320 lbs/ft at 1.4 bar, I think my poor little 380cc injectors are working over time as only gained an extra 8 BHP running an extra .2 bar boost. I thought it was going to be a higher BHP at one stage when I saw 253 at the wheels It looks like I will be spending lots of money with Mark, like Len is about to.

Alan could you mail me your spec as I didn't get a chance to see much of your Scooby as you were second on the rollers and you disappeared very soon afterwards, it sounded like you were running headers though.

Good to meet everyone, even if I was feeling very ill at the time. Colin

How come UK car people with full decats got 270 BHP

(Ron, Mark )

I only got that the other week with a full sys and tek2.5 with dawes to 1.25 bar. And it was icy outside!

Thought you would have got more too Colin?

Steve don't worry were not taking the p1ss out of you or your more than respectable power figures, would of been nice too have seen a 4 at the front though

We are having a laugh at Paul who organised the day as he only needed an extra 5 BHP from last year to break the 300 mark but he appears to have lost 10 instead. The wallets coming out though and Lens 309BHP looks in danger of moving another place down the leaders board

Sorry it's a Hants meet thing, Colin.

The dirty silver MY99 with just Nur Spec R & (conservatively-set) Dawes somehow got 272bhp (168PaW) and 267lbs/ft. Dunno how but they said they'd seen a couple this age which seemed to be particularly quick. If it hadn't been for most other people getting largely predicted results I wouldn't have believed it.

I was hoping for the loudest one on the rollers, but the guy with the BPM beat me

Good day out - thanks Paul for organising it.

Mine was 1 of the quietest on the rollers, but I think it sounded the best because it kept poping back, and then there was the dump valve

I was going to record it on the rollers but I forgot and the 2 pics I took were out of focus, it must have been the excitment as everyone elses pics were ok.

I have a nice little video of the purple scoob I think, I'm working on the website at the moment - I'll try and figure out how to get it up there
