Just changed the oil in my car after 4500 miles (was a little longer than usual) and I was impressed as to how clean the oil came out. I'm now left wondering if all the grot is still in the sump, or whether the carlube oil has done a good job...

Since the car has run quietly for the last 4500 miles, I'm thinking it may be reasonably priced sensible oil.
