i thought the whole point in bringing out a new impreza was took bring out a better looking one that would sell better. i saw my first today and o my god its ugly hope it grows on me like the focus did. so tell me if u like the look or not????????

 

Looks fantastic IMHO, has recaptured some of the styling cues of the old style

 

Doesnt get my vote, went to Gatwick Subaru the other week they had the new STI-8 and a Evo 7 FQ300 next to each other, STI-8 seemed a little bulbous and bluky still imho, IF I had to choose between EV07 and STI-8 For looks for me the Evo would get it.....

 

I actually prefer it to my MY00.

 

looks like even fuglier to me...much prefer fugly with changed spoiler and front lights...imho of course.

 

STi 7 Looks far far better looking car.

 

New WRC car looked the DBs in Monte Carlo at the weekend.

 

Generalising wildly I think those that like the classic shape prefer the new look while those that like the bug eye look don't like the update.

In my opinion all the Impreza's are ugly and I have each version so far and soon to be Sti8

 

I thought the WRC cars looked good on Friday, after that they didn't look so good.

Picked my STi 8 up last night and I think its lush!

The scoop is a little big though, doesn't look too bad from the outside, but from inside its huge!

Definately an improvement over the bug-eye! (IMHO)

 

Shame neither of 'em lasted very long though

 

So whos going to be the first with a sensible sized aftermarket scoop ! Or will that restrict the airflow & invalidate your warranty !!!

 

they just seem to make them worse each time they try. Even the evos have gotten worse since the evo6.

They need to do some major re-styling to get the subarus looking as sexy as they did when they designed the TypeR

 

i agree the new moters look pants i mean come on ffs put the vents on the bonet its not hard is it i must admit it looks a little better but not much i think ill be going rs focus next

But I've gotta say, I still don't think they look as good as the '99/'00, which were never the nicest looking cars anyway.
