My sister did it for me
she took the original stitching out, and got some blue thread, and stitched it backup
she was unsure at first, but it was a spare one, so I said it didnt matter if it went wrong, but it didnt
Handbrake wouldnt be too hard to do, but steering wheel more tricky

Next i'd try painting every hole on the steering wheel blue then maybe paint the tread patterns on the tyres different colours.

I only had it done, cos I had a spare gear ****, and ive never seen them in Blue, only Red, which is what I did have
