Just had my car in for a new boot after someone decided to put a massive dent in it and do a runner. Claimed on my ins and only forked out £125 for my XS. Thought that was pretty good for a Scoob.

Simon.

P.S. Is with AXA BTW.

I've got mine on my trader policy, so no excess and £30.00 extra to insure....lucky me!

I rang AXA and its catch 22 with that lot

1. Insurance due in on month - AXA said - Too far away to quote

2. Can I have a quote on a 2003 Sti Type UK - AXA said - Whats the registration

I said - Don't know I haven't got it yet, just give me a quote on a 2003 STi type UK

AXA - Sorry can't need the reg ?

This is the only company I know that turns possible business away. Seemed very strange to me

As I wasn't going to insure my current car for a month unless I knew what the premium for the new car was going to be

Hence to say they won't be getting my business

Oh by the way forgot to mention my excess is £150 with CIS
