a similar thing was proposed to prevent salt killing street trees. AFAICR it was proposed at that time to use cow p!ss. I don't remember who was going to get the job of taking the p!ss out of the cows.

 

Can just imagine the stories at the council depot - "hur hur - p1ssed all over a beemer this morning"
