as i said from day one..if people don't come up with the goods they don't get my business!
The Hotel i was planing of using have not been very helpfull!
SO i've rang another hotel....
Better Venue/Hotel
Better FREE car park (200 spaces.. Security gated..and they will send a Porter out to check ther cars peridodically too)
Better Dinning room..can take up to 100.
They will Extrend BAR time for us..as we are staying over!!
Better Deal on Hotel Room Rate!!!! (looking at £30pp (£60)a double Room or £55 pp a single...So get a date for the night..all inc Breakfast!!)
the only down side...move one week foward.. to the 22nd!!
As everything was better i think this is not a problem!
There are a number of guests that have birthdays still taht week...so we can stil make it a special weekend for them
Hotel details WIL NOT be posted on Scooby Net for Security Reasons!!
But The hotel is still handy for Nottm City Centre!!

I've ordered my NEW dinner Suit from James Bells in Nottm
they ahve a Cumber Bund and matching Bow Tie in there...made by the same comapnay that do James Bonds Suits (Peirce Brosnands)
They're Black with Red on the inner... £275 the set!!!!!
they had Two White/red and Two black/red sets...they are left with one one set now!!!!

if the flights are booked still come over and the Nottm Scooby ppl will make you very welcome. COME over anyway...we'll make t up for you both and show you Nottm.
Reason for the change:
original hotel have been too slow of the mark to get back to me with FULL info...also they are not willing to look after us enough...when you think at least 80 will be dining...25 double rooms wanted...loads spent at the bar when Chuck and DrEvil get going!!! i feel they should be doing more for us...they were not even prepared to reduce room price by even £5 just to make me happy!

One assumes you could not do the original date as the Hotel could not do it? If not then why the change?
