There's a link in the "Thank you Shell" post below which I've just been told (by IT bod hubby) contains a virus - please no-one open the link (ispypetrol)

So will this mean a so called friend of ours whos a person on the boards is trying to give us a virus?

will it get that way we will all be worried about reading the boards?

No it's no one's fault but the author of the virus/worm. Everyone else is a victim.

Chelsie - The website has been infected with the new worm. It is unlikely that the link would been posted deliberately. Chances are the site webmaster doesn't know as yet. Most would bring the site off-line rather than infect every visitor. Well spotted KimA's better half

I heard about a new strain of virus this morning. Its said to be able to bring whole websites down

It is the latest W32/nimbda-A virus? I was on a number of sites this morning that were infected. Luckily our Anti-Virus software updated itself early doors.

Looks like its spreading like wildfire.
