Cheapest 45k Service in the UK?

Just had 45K service done:-

£321.86 (inc cambelts, synthetic oil, wiper blade, Sidc disc & vat)

I can beat that by about............321 quid as the dealer i bought the car off did it as part of the deal, even tho the car only had 22k miles,

Although i did hand over 13.5k for the car so maybe yours was cheaper overall.

I paid £380 inc cambelt change, MOT and installtion of two sensors for the DEFI.

The usual parts:-
oil filter
Gasket-oil drain plug
Brake cleaner
Screen Wash
Synthetic Oil

Plus the Cambelts & a wiper blade (& something listed as consumables for £2.95)

Along with the usual visual inspections mentioned in the handbook

its the labour on the cambelt setup that puts the price so high

isn't the cambelt itself only £20-£30.

the belts £101.60 plus vat

Erm and my local dealer wants £450 for a 30k - isnt the 45k more expensive?

Got mine done for about 320quid also at Maineland in Widnes (45k).
Very reasonable!

45k service is one of the more expensive ones!- that sounds steep for a 30k service.
