what would be concidered a realistic re-sale value for private owned MY01 WRX on 51 plate in good condition - any views / experience in the current market please ?

on the AA valuation site who get their figures from the glasses guide it comes up as this:
Cost When New: £21,315
Retail: £19,765
Excellent: £17,379
Average: £15,918
Below Average: £14,494
