What shall I use to port my manifold?
Gonna get round to taking off the manifold to sort out the annoying heatsheild that is rattling about down there and thought I may as well port them whilst I was a it but I am unsure about what to use to actually port them.
Dremmel or similar?
Also is it woth taking off the heat sheilds all together and wrapping them instead?
Anyone got good ideas of how to get the bolts out easier as well, a spraying of WD40??

Ball nose cone bit grinding bit in a drill. You can get them from RS.
Make sure you change all the gaskets that you release. They are not cheap either. Port the uppipe whilst you are at it there are a few rough edges there.

Adam, Dremmel ?
it would take days.
If you don't have access to a die grinder, a good electric drill, flexible extention, and a tungston carbide burr. Like John says, the burrs can be bought from RS, or similar. Make sure you get the larger dia' "ball nose" cylinder, or cone version though.
Stones take for ever, whilst a burr will take a fraction of the time.
