After watching the programme last night - you have my deepest sympathies - what have they done to it? Jason Plato smashing a merc into a wall, car sumo (WTF is that all about?) etc etc. Pile of cr*p at the moment - I seriously considered watching Eastenders in preference - which shows you how bad it was

Must agree. I have sat through some bad car programs but this was the first one I have felt stupid for watching it.

The Skoda/Renualt test didn't give any details about the cars, the Ferrari test gave us more information about the toilets than the Enzo. I'm not even going to mention the rest as I can't believe I actually sat and watched it.

As much as I like Subaru, I'm not sure I want to be seen by millions, all dolled up like a WRC mechanic.

Walking round a forest in it is one thing, but standing in an aircraft hanger commenting on the latest Diesel MPV is quite another.

I will wear a Tee shirt with a discreet little stars motiff and Listers motorsport all the other Subaru related ones are Tooooo loud
I know a lot don't rate the program but I am interested in

I was on Driven a couple of years ago.

If anyone remember the feature they done on the Audi RS4? First of all Jason Plato came hammering upto the camrea in a Black Renault 5 turbo (mine!), said a few lines they drove off.!

Then at the end of the feature three guys in white coats came on and carried him off as if he was going mad, one of the white coat guys was me!

Great day out, Plato is actually quite a funny chap.!

Wish I had known about the Fast fords cause I would have made an extra special effort, but Ipswich is a bloody long way from Bristol.
We could have gone up in a convoy, that would have been cool two STI 7's but never mind.

We're travelling up on Thursday and staying in a Travel Inn. Then doing the morning and afternoon shoots.
I would drive the Scooby up, but as I've just spent a week driving round Wales, I'll be 'DRIVEN' up by my collegue in his FOCUS (light green 'W' plate, if ya looking for it)
