Now, not that I'm sad but FUBAR was said in the film Tango and Cash back in the 80's. What a top film Sly and Russell in their finest moment with a brief clip of Terri 'louis Lane' Hatcher of Superman fame as a stripper

I do believe the word has been reinvented rather than invented.

Someone posted a picture of their pranged car on here maybe eight months ago and asked for captions. One of them was FUBARU.
