Two 3 series - one dark blue, one dark green Reg are Pooh and crap - well both are P reg and one end in someting like UUH and the other is CRA

Another dark blue 3 series does the cat and fiddle

Also - beware peugeot 406's

If they have a big number on the roof they are usually a safe bet

There is a dark blue one that seems to constantly patroling the road between Chester and Heswall (Parkgate Road/ Chester High Road). It did me 2 years ago by Gordales Garden centre (wasn't shopping there!!! )

Don't venture into North Wales around Sealand/Ewloe and Broughton without a spotter, they are particularly vigilant on those roads (A494/***). They like to park an old brown escort van or a blue transit on flyovers/laybys and film your exploits!
