Thanx Andy

I KNOW I should buy one, i really do.....

And the fine will cost more than that when i get caught etc etc.

But its still expensive, holiday, beer money etc etc.!

Can't seem to make a decision on this one!

Could someone pls explain whether it is better to buy the Geodesy which does not detect radar guns or something like the Bel Euro 550 which detects radar/laser - or do I need both to cover my Axxx

Old but Gold, both really!

550 for mobile radar and laser (to an extent).

Geodesy for SPECs / Truvelo systems that don't use radar.

Dave,

Just mail over your credit card details to Neil at Demon Tweeks!!

That will save you having to speak to a 'real' person!!

Cheers
Andy

Ps - I forgot to mention this group buy is nothing to do with me. I found it on the EVO forum, and thought I should spread the word!

Dave,

I e-mailed Neil at Demon Tweeks (address is on the Evo thread) and he called me back five minutes later on my mobile to get my details.

Dead easy!

I'm number five, so we need another five orders to get the special price folks.

Yeah, I'm not so keen on this social interaction thing I keep hearing about.. it'll never catch on..

Someone once told me (via E-mail) there was a world out there with real people.. haha, how I laughed..

Anywho, I've sent Neil an E-mail and I'll speak to him tomorrow (via a contraption known to those-in-the-know as a "telephone" - seems rather outmoded to me, I once heard my grandfolk talk about such a contrivance)

Just got off the phone with Neil.

He is having to stick with his initial price of £330.00, which is fair enough.

I think you’ve bought all his stock now, although he will be getting five more in next week. After that it will be a 2-3 week wait for the next batch (Morpheous running low, must be a lot of demand ; ).

Cheers

Merlin.

Being a lazy git, I've just ordered mine!

I was told I was either number 8 or 9!

So only a couple more to go. If the 10 are sold before 3pm today, they will be shipped out tonight!

Bear in mind that this offer is not limited to the 10, it's just that they have 10 in stock!

Althought I've heard that Geodesy sales have gone up 300% in the last month, due to the local Police forces and the Govenments stand on cameras. (I've heard rumours that demand is out stripping supply at the moment!)

Cheers
Andy

What's involved in the installation?

I'd want it hard wired as the *** lighter is for the phone charger.

If only Norfolk had enough speed cameras to justify it....there are advantages to living here!

Simon,

There is an option to hard wire it, or if you are feeling lazy, you can get a 2-way lighter splitter to run it. (About £8 from Maplins)

Have a look here, to see what you get in the box:
