Well Thursday is my last day at work, We refused our pay rise, took Friday off on Strike, Gaffer gave everyone final written warning so sacks us as we are on strike again Friday. What a Bummer looks like I will be going back on the Agency (HGV Driver)

I used to work for a T&D firm, the agency were on more than our FT drivers!

 

Can you be sacked for going on strike? I thought it was against the law to do so?
