how'd you choose your user name
In OZ we called the Impreza Turbo, WRX, from as far back as the MY93, while in the UK it was called the Impreza Turbo until the latest model. As a nickname we would call the WRX, "REX". Some, including magazines, when refering to the scoob would write,
"W, R, EX." Some would say, let's take the wrexy out for a spin. So here in Greece I nicknamed the scoob wrexy. Some of my friends started calling me WREXY and I decided to use it here.
WREXY.

Exactly why I wished I had never JoeyDeacon as my username!!
I went to the rolling road day Chins organised at Power Engineering in April and having never met him before I went over ask him if he could fit my run in a little earlier as I had to go to a wedding reception in the afternoon. I was SO worried that he was going to ask me what my Scoobynet username was..
Sal, as for your 3 topics of conversation, sounds pretty much ideal to me (well except the whole boat thing). I thought women only ever talked about relationships, makeup and periods (and marriage once they get to a certain age).

Stems from 6 years ago when I setup my hotmail account. They would not let me have Mark so I went for Markus, and it kinda stuck. And yes my name is Mark and not Markus, contary to popuplar belief! but I don't care what you call me, and believe me, I'm usually called other things
Was going through the whole nostalgia thing at work looking at loads of websites such as tv.cream.org etc. and found a reference to Joey Deacon which bought lots of childhood memories flooding back. Found this excellent website

My best mate gave me my name, apparently (according to him anyway) I have three topics of conversation; scoobs, rallying & boats, so depending on what subject I'm rambling on about at the time I'm either scooby chick, rally chick or boat chick
When I registered on here I was a bit pished (been at the JD again
) and as I'd been discussing this site with my mate prior to registering, sccobychick seemed the obvious choice
although I do feel a bit silly at meets introducing myself to people
