Yes, it has some excellent songs on, although I don't like all of them. Clear Spot and Safe as Milk are also great albums by the Captain.

I'd agree it's one of the best albums ever created although not easy listening... I prefer Clear Spot.
Trout Mask with headphones is incredible. Tried driving to it??

IMO all music with a bit of complexity sounds MILES better with headphones. Forces you to listen to each instrument doing its thing, definitely a TMR strong point!

my vote goes for Clear Spot - closely followed by Doc at the Radar Station

But would anyone class it under "best albums ever made" or is it too leftfield (not Leftism!) to be included?
