fitting a magnex decat, will it pass MOT?

just got a ss backbox and while im fitting it might as well get a magnex decat pipe, can any1 tell me if it'll still pass mot ok, and if so, wot sort of gains can i expect when i fit the 2 in conjunction with an ITG filter???

Is this the Magnex centre section or downpipe?

If the original downpipe with cat in is still on then MOT should be no problem.

Yes it should pass with one cat in. But you wont really know until its tested Anyway you would be better off getting a scoobysport D/P and keeping the centre cat in. More gain this way, and should still pass MOT. Removing centre cat doesnt release much apparently.

Your proposed setup would probably release 10-15bhp at a guess.
