We have just had our car setup with the following -

HKS 500 Roller Bearing Turbo
GG 2.5" Exhaust System
De Cat Pipe
Powerstation Tubular Manifold
Cosworth oversized Pistons
Uprated Rods
Apex Fuel and Boost Controllers.

We currently have standard 440cc injectors, and the car is setup to run 1.4 bar, with the fuelling set at 80%.

Does anybody have any idea as to what sort of bhp and torque we would expect from this setup?

sounds like a pre97 to me, if the 440s are uprated from standard.

Beware the S-AFC, leaning the fuel will advance the ignition a little.

I hope you arent running a standard fuel pump too, as I would not expect it to be adequate.

We have rebuilt the car with a Closed Deck Block, and yes, we do have an uprated fuel pump.

The timing is standard, and we are not able to control the timing via the Apexi equipment, but have setup the car on the road so that it peaks at 1.4 bar, and holds at 1.3 bar, preventing det at top end.
