do you still get subaru-assistance with new cars?

on my second mew scooby, with the first one I got a wee credit card with Subaru Assistance and some sort of breakdown cover with the cars details on the card.
ON my MY01, I have waited since May, not had anything?
do they still do this scheme - I can't find anything about it in the cars documents. Mind you, Town & Country also messed up my tracker and my insurance so I'd not be surprised if this documentation went astray as well.
