When I bought my MY98 UK Turbo (about 15 months ago) with 25K on the clock it was just after being serviced and I was told that the spark plugs were changed.

Now it has around 37K on it and I was wondering would I need to change the plugs again? How many miles do they do?

Also while I'm the subject, after how many miles does the timing belt need to be changed?

timing belt should be evey 45K
