Does ANYONE (Government, Swansea, SVA stations)know what will happen after August.

I've got the official booklet and it is full of "my require and independent test" WHO Decides?!

hunter, taht link seems to refer to the old system.

The new one means that any car without a certificate of conformity is going to have a real nightmare!
