Thumbs up

I used a product from halfords aswell but i cant remember what its called,it was in a black can.You just spray it onto the engine which must be hot and then leave it 20 min and just jet wash it of.

A product called "GUNK" I`ve used it for years. Apply it with a old paint brush leave for 5 mins then wash off with a hose. No need for a jetwash!. It will remove even the most hard to remove baked in oil and crud.
When dry I use Wax Wizard "Protector" the end result and gloss in the engine bay and the engine itself are staggering.

Question

...and after using the degreaser, can we pressure-wash the engine bay or not? mine is in a terrible state!

Mark aka the wax wizard did mine at dono, sprays his orange smelling degreaser then he uses his de-specced pressure washer (with less pressure) and it came up a treat!

Greg

Another vote for Mr Wax Wizard's orange smelling stuff which he calls, rather fittingly, Multiclean.

Top stuff!!!!
