Just picked up my new car WRC Blue 5 door .... so smooth and quiet... wont last, it will be PPP'd with the exhaust upgrade which gives it back its burble and some more needed mid range grunt. I was told that main dealers are being trained to fit this option and that in 3 weeks or so they will with luck be able to offer this option to me at the 1k service.Should speed things up a bit!

At the moment, Subaru are saying 1st week of August at the earliest and even then, the car may still have to go to Banbury.

IM told me the dealer fit will be avalible if dealers want to do it- not all will opt for this (or so said IM?)

they also said that they should be able to start in 3-4 weeks on non UK300s but are saying august so they dont get greif when they arent ready in 3 weeks!!

Are we talking Sti PPP or standard WRX PPP - because the later is dealer fit for £1600 notes.

I am the living proof (and a wonderful £1600 it is too!)

I remember the thread when people were ging about waiting times (2 months for one guy).

I don't think I made many friends when I told them it took two weeks for me to get mine!

Take look at the date of the first post, just trying to show not everything in the world happened 10 minutes ago . Just showing that history repeats itself and people should be patient, something which seems to be sadly lacking these days.
