If I was to fit a Forge D/V, will it require any cutting of the orignal pipes?

Only reason i'm asking is becuase I will need to put the car back to std when it goes in for services, as it's still covered under warranty.

This is for a MY99 - PPP car.

Lo Vin, its a piece of cake m8,

You need a 10mm socket/spanner and some snipe nose pliers.
2 x 10mm bolts holding dump valve in position, and a jubilee clip holding the pipe sticking out of the bottom of the old dump valve, that then gets blocked with the metal end cap.

This applies to my 01/2 cars, but sure its same on yours.

it can be done in less than 10 minutes.

tip of the day.
us a hair dryer to heat up the end of the pipe that needs blocking off, it makes it a lot easier to get the end cap in.
