Is it me or does your subject and post not match?

45,000miles service is about £450ish... which includes the cam belt.

I maybe wrong but I was told an ITG would flow about the same as a BRAND NEW paper filter BUT last longer. When you're paper filter is stuffed the ITG is still flowing well. I dont think its going to give you much better bhp but the bhp you do have will remain as apposed to a degrading paper one which will drop gradually.

Also depends on MY. MY00 doesn't have the cambelt change at 45k, its at 60k instead, so its a much cheaper service, MY99 and before I think do so its the 400 quid jobby.

 

the ITG also releases more turbo noise

 

45k service (incl cambelt) was £375 incl VAT on my MY99 turbo.
