I have a uk2000 had engine just built was driving it for around a week done 100 miles and car went off on me now won’t start have tried it many times not cranking had it checked by mechanic they turned engine by hand turns half way n back round but car still won’t start what could it be

 

So is the car cranking at all? On the key/starter with good battery/jump pack etc?

 

I’ve tried it the key just clicks but if you put a spanner on the engine when it first went of it wudnt turn to the right but will turn to the left side all the way but then can turn it all the way to the right don’t know what it is

 

So it stops turning if you keep turning to the right with a spanner? If so it sounds like belt has slipped/broken.

 

yep stops turning to the right with the spanner will strip it in morning see what it has damaged 😩🤦thanks for the response mate
