hello fellow subaru owners

well ive come back , must be around 2 yrs or so since owning a subaru , if any one remembers i had a v reg silver classic with 200k on the body and was spending money hand over fist on it until i decided enough was enough and it ended up back on ebay for some one else to take on the challenge, i did love every second of owning it tho, any hoo ive been looking out for another one for the last year ago and one popped up on FB so i took the plunge , i will be picking it up on friday

just wanted you guys thoughts/opinions on it have i wasted my cash or did i pick up a bargain of a life time?? oh and dont hold back

its the video that got my attention!

Nice seats, i like them in green.
Rear arch looks good as far as i could zoom in but could be full of pug if so it's a good shape.

What about underneath?

underneath is like it just rolled off the factory floor its absolutely immaculate theres a vid of it in the link above

i was hoping maybe one of the owners who had it might be on here so i can find out more about the car

from the mot history and pics / vid it looks like its been looked after / garaged/ only been out when theres been no clouds in the sky or in th eten yr it was off the road it had a full strip down every nut and bolt resto on it maybe?

It's mica green (64C) which is slightly different to the green of the earlier classics (deeper green).

The car looks fab, a very good example of a late classic and apparently (almost) standard.

it looks like just a center and back box exhaust upgrade, not sure if the leather came as a factory optional extra or if some one put it in

its the underneath that still blows my mind

The colour is 64C ACADIA GREEN MET.

The car is a later UK spec Turbo 2000 .... considered poverty spec compared to Jap cars ... but has bits better suited to UK

It would be a very nice car if
- remapped to 280+
- gold wheels
- colour coded plastic trim ... skirts, handles, mirrors
- a JUN splitter

something like this ...

got an eye on a set of 17 wrx alloys in gold on fb market place down the road from me , took a few pics at work today next to a fellow scooby owner
