Default Bulbs for de-tango blobeye headlights

Hey,

done a lot of research and seems most bulbs recommend aren’t about anymore so thought I’d chuck a topic up to see if anyone has up to date recommendations

what bulbs are people using for de tango blobeye headlights, links would be perfect

Thanks but I believe once de tango the bulbs should blink orange but the colour of actual bulb is silver? As to not show the orange news of the bulb in the headlight

they flash orange mate only silver when not flashing

Always used Silvertec in my clear indicators and side repeaters on my Classic but not sure if they're about any more, a Google search doesn't bring up many options, otherwise you still have that orange blob in the middle of the lamp. I have seen people spray a very light dusting of silver paint over an orange bulb to get the same effect.

i know, the above linked bulbs are all orange when not flashing though and struggling to find silver bulbs that flash orange

i have these chrome bulbs on my front and back indicators , a pet hate of mine orange bulbs and white or clear lenses i even bought LED side repeaters to get rid of that look

The old silvertecs are great, fitted mine about 10 years ago and have never had to change them! Probably ruined that now by this post

back before you could buy silvertec bulbs we used to make out own, a light silver car spray over the orange bulbs lol

Wrong fitment as far as i can see, the capless ones at the top are 501s i think
