Hi all! This is the first forum I've ever joined and first post ever for me! I'm in the middle of a complete strip down and rebuild of a 1995 jdm wagon wrx into a track/race car and just one thing has me stumped at the minute, wiring in my starter button! I have removed the ignition barrel and there are 4 wires, black with white stripe, black with yellow stripe, black with blue stripe and plain black. I found a YouTube clip but it was for a 2004 WRX where he spliced the black with white stripe wire into 3 and connected to ignition switch, start button and accessories switch, he then connected the yellow stripe wire to the starter button, the blue striped wire to the accessories switch and the black wire plus a black wire with green stripe connected together to the ignition switch, the problem is I don't have this wire? Would the above work for me without that wire or do I need to wire up differently?
