Hi everyone,

not been on here for many years, but I've still got the Impreza 😎 been doing a couple of upgrades this weekend, mainly fitting a new DAB Android Auto Head unit and relocating the Defi control unit to the glove box to tidy the dash up a bit.

in order for android auto to work the HU needs to sense the park brake. Any ideas where I can pick this signal up? I assume under the handbrake couling somewhere?

also whilst I'm at in I'm thinking of adding a reversing camera and for that I need to sense the reverse signal. Where would be the best place to pick this up from?
