It's an uprated STI catalogue part, manufactured by STI.

Cheaper from this seller...

Bit cheaper on their website direct - http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/part...op&searchPart=

Always had really good service from ICP, excellent seller and used them many times before.

If you carry out a search you will find various threads on various subaru bulletin boards that suggest they are the same (OEM part number 41040FE000 for both JDM and UK cars) and are just re-branded with the sti logo.

Whatever the truth, its is a good upgrade for a 13year old car if the one currently fitted is original.
Old versus new (note gaps around sides of large rubber bush)

They also sell at about the same price, or less, than one bought from a dealer.

Another Bristol seller........

Fitted one to my Forester XT back in the day (Was an upgrade for that as Forester has softer bushes) Cured my H&S downpipe hitting steering knuckle on take off problem. No increase in NVH.

No replacement needed yet for the WRX STi.
