Default International Freight Shipping

I am trying to send some STI seats from the UK to the US for cheap. Does anyone know of any good freight shipping companies? I am unfamiliar with the process since I am from the US. Is it cheaper to do an overseas route compared to air delivery?

Cheers,
phrozen

UPS is worth a talk to as you need a company that works within the US as well or you will end up with it sub contracted out. Be aware of insurance and invoice value dependant on what the company you use say you may need paperwork to be prepared to acompany the goods detailing what they are value and weights and dims etc.

I use transglobal express for everything from engine parts to full engines all over the world. They are usually cheaper than going direct as they get big discounts.

Transglobal use a variation of couriers inc UPS, I find them slightly cheaper than going to UPS directly.

Had good success with UPS and DHL, DHL is the best, but very expensive.

Speed shift as above. Mattybr recommended them to me and they were great to ship an engine.

They called me after process and then called the place it was being collected from and also called the recipient.

Arrived two days earlier than advertised.

I believe it was £145 fully insured, collected from Plymouth and delivered to Brussels.
