just been looking in the for sale section there is a genome backbox for sale at £280 . Just wondering why they fetch so much money and whats so good about them .

its personal choice... I love the sound and look of them but the do fetch a lot of money.. highest ive seen is £375 for one second hand.

 

Because Genome! , I personally don`t like them...they sound too raspy to my ears.

 

They always fetched a consistent £250.... scabby ones now with the "usual scrape underneath" bullshyte sales punchline, people think they can get £300 for. These people are bellends

It's a nice branded exhaust but it looks better than it sounds. If it's damaged starting price is £100. If the tip is scratched they look rubbish regardless.

It's got a very unique sound, loved mine.

 

Overated to put it mildly, rather a full titanium exhaust for not much more monies

 

It's like STi Genome gauges - Defi's with a badge and a mark up on price. I had a full Fujitsubo Titanium system on my WRX RA, light as fewk, brilliant build quailty and sounded awesome.
