Why do people do this?

I must admit, I was guilty of putting some jap style door logos on my V4 Sti, but thought they looked horrible and tacky, so took them off after a week.

And at what, £2.5k over what they paid? Are they nuts?

Another cracker on ebay guy thinks its a one of only 2 ra wagons ever built lol and previous owner swapped the bonnet for a steel one to "hold it down too the road" lol http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...d=361244368285

Lol. Sold the original bonnet as they wanted a heavier one to help put the power down! Love it!!!!!

He used to drive everywhere like this:



However, the heavier bonnet fixed that.

Apart from the stickers, this was for sale recently for 4k and with 84k on the clock. It may be an oversite by the dealer on the ad or it's been clocked.

2004 sti engine has coil packs and different manifold

Probably swapped the heads over, so original wiring and manifold can be used.

Over-invested, is that another way of saying didn't know when to stop buying crap to stick on it?
