Unfortunately I don't have any pictures but I think I can win this one.
My father was a car dealer and often bought odd ball cars. He came across a car called a Trabant. It was snot green, had a two stroke engine and 3 speed column gear change. He thought it would be an ideal car for me to learn to drive in which as you can imagine, I was thrilled about.
It looked exactly like this except mine was a little more......Used..
Hard one to answer...I had a Skoda Estelle 105...from my grandad, when he gave up driving,... speedo that swung +/ 20mph, everything rattled, wing mirrors fell off if adjusted, ...the distributor points had to be adjusted, re-screwed every 50 miles, no creature comforts, ....had to give it a mile run up to overtake anything, but it was built like a tank. my next car,.. a mondeo was worse, ..it put you to sleep,.. it was "lifeless".... had no soul...made you feel 65+, ..and need a coffee...to stay awake..it was so boring.
This. As much as the thing makes me laugh/smile there's still the odd moment where you tell someone what you drive and there's the pause followed by the "oh" . Previous to that I've had a couple of Corsas and an Astra VXR, none of which managed the same reaction.
I'm 21 atm so my car owning history is not that big. Maybe it isn't fare, but the 2 cars on the picture are my first 2 cars I've owned.
Because life it to short to drive boring cars I always say
I started out in a red 1991 Nova 1.2 which wasn't to bad at all, in fact I still quite like them! After that I got a metallic blue 1989 GTE and then a red 1991 GSi. GTE was quicker A few various diesel Vectras came along once the Novas were away and the last one I owned before getting a company car was a 1998 Vectra GSi. Loved that car. Two years ago, the classic Impreza was bought.

Your lucky 21 at the right time when old bangers are half decent, when i was 21 the bangers were bangers and the cars in your picture were way out of my budget
This is my Seat Arosa 1.0s
Owned this 3 years and it's the most reliable car I've ever owned.
Always get mates taking the **** out of it but I quite like it!
It's pushing 50bhp!
I left the Bug's bonnet at the bodyshop for a respray then drove the car 10 miles back home, bonnetless. That was an embarrassing journey, illegal too according to the bodyshop guys. Then I went back a week later and was embarrassed again
