Default Is my MAF fubar?

Newage WRX, misfiring problem, so unplugged the MAF, revs dropped slightly for half a second or so then continued to idle just as it was before I unplugged it.

The plugging/unplugging is a myth, doesn't do anything.

Only way to know is to substitute a known working one.

Check the codes, should give you a misfire code for a cylinder(s).

Hopefully should be able to swop over for a known working one on Saturday.

Just thought it was worth a shot.
