Yesterday evening my Blueline, tandem axle, hydraulic car transporter was stolen, It was there at 4.30 noticed it missing at 6.30 Went in the house seriously pissed off, no more track days for the foreseeable future, kicked the dog and the wife (not really, but you know what I mean) looked out the kitchen window at about 7.45, the *******s were back, I think they were after a small general purpose trailer hooked onto my van, or going to break into the workshop. Unfortunately I didn't stop to make a plan, just went out like an idiot, shouting, they made it to their car before I even made it to the front of the workshop. they were gone before I could see their car. So if anyone is offered or see's a trailer as above with a refabricated drawbar ( I acquired the trailer after it had jacknifed and repaired it) please let me know.
I know I'm clutching at straws but you never know.

I'd have done the same as you , run out shouting and scared them off before thinking of a plan.
