Just thought you guys maybe interested.. it's from "across the pond" but w/ the strong GBP it'll probably be a heck of a deal.

See the following link:

Cheers!

Thumbs up

Just spoke with the guys here in Calgary that have these VF22's for sale. I asked them how much it'd cost to go to the UK and they told me for all fellow enthusiasts in the UK they can do the normal VF22's shipped to the UK for 630GBP and the iON spec for 699GBP.

While I was there, also checked out their 4-1 headers, they are a work of art! They work for any Impreza WRX including the New Age ones. Comes with the cat-less up-pipe as well!

Still appears to be no expansion joint in the link from left to right. Can you comment on reliability, as im sure when they heat up, the pipes are bound to expand and cause stresses on the mounting bolts? They do look very good though, and well finished.

ustolemyname??stevieturbo - I actually know of several people running this header + up-pipe w/o problems. Since the whole unit expands and contracts @ the same rate, there is no point of concentration in terms of thermal stress.

If you're function over form, I'd choose to get them ceramic coated w/ Jet-Hot's 2000F+ ceramic coating (although it isn't a very pretty colour).

For more info you can contact iON Performance directly : ionperformance@yahoo.com
