Prodrive, Mike Wood,

Why not give us a new generation version of the P1, the P2? You guys really managed to make the P1 handle all roads like no other. Are you even developing the P2, or is this just a far-off concept for the future?

Cool

When the P1 was launched the P2 was rumoured to be a hot version of the legacy but like all good rumours never actually materialised.

But P2 is Barichello and P1 is Schumi, no matter what. Even when Rubens maintains P1 for 70 odd laps, the outcome is always the same (yes, before the flaming, I know it just stand for grid pos but I'm trying to make a point)

Irrelevant, yes. Analogy though.... I imagine Prodrive will not do another special edition - cos they made very little money on the first and the PR wasn't that good for them due to Subaru's crap marketing timing. I think a 22b replacement - based as a WRC replica would be a far more commercially sensible option.

Mind you, a P2 would be nice eh!

Don't be impatient young fellow. Give Prodrive time and sure enough they will give us one, just like Subaru has given the Turbo boys one with the Bugeye.......Blutes

Yep great idea... just bin the fugly. Is there anywhere that you can get info from for special editions for next year?

I didn't have a clue about the uk300 until it was released , so is there anywhere to find out about these before the first day they are put on the market?

Just would like to know to save getting a new scoob then a super-dooper PII, and the likes comes out 6 months later.

STi releasing the S202 may go some way towards the "new" 22B theory..this is limited in numbers and has goodies the others dont have. 235kw is claimed...

A better name would be a variant on the WRC - ie whatever acronymn they give the winning Scoob (wishful thinking....). I'd call it;
"SUK-S"

Thumbs up

Going alphabetically, the R1 or S1 would sound better - Impreza R1
